Budiawan ST, a highly accomplished professional in Civil Engineering. With a strong educational background from ITB, he has made significant contributions throughout his career. Budiawan served as the Land Transport Dept Head at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk for nearly two decades, optimizing operations. Currently, he is the Supply Chain Division Head at PT Sinartambang Arthalestari and President Commissioner at PT Maratama Solabo Lestari. Budiawan's expertise and strategic guidance drive success in both organizations, making him a valuable asset in the industry.

Eeng Suhara, ST, MT is a highly accomplished professional in the field of civil engineering. With a strong educational background from ITB, he has extensive experience working at PT VSL Indonesia and VSL Thailand Co. Ltd. In 1999, he founded PT Maratama Cipta Mandiri and currently serves as its Managing Director. Eeng is also a Commissioner at PT Maratama Solabo Lestari since 2019. His expertise as a main bridge, main road, and main port expert has led to numerous achievements in the construction industry.

Irfan Taufik is a highly experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in infrastructure projects. With 25+ years of experience, Irfan specializes in Toll Roads, National Highways, Bridges, Buildings, and Railways. Holding multiple Expert Certificates, their expertise in Highway and Bridges Construction, Geotechnical Engineering, and Railway Construction is highly regarded. They have held various roles, from Highway Engineer to Project Director, and gained valuable international experience in India and Saudi Arabia. Currently,Irfan is actively involved in project management for strategic in frastructure projects in Indonesia.

Soedarmadji Roesmijanto, an Indonesian citizen from Bandung, is the Commissioner of PT. Maratama Solabo Lestari since February 1, 2021. With a strong professional background, including roles as Engineering Manager at PT. Petrosea Tbk. and PT. Teamworx Indonesia, he has contributed to notable international projects such as THSR C-280 in Taiwan and the Huraymla Road project in Saudi Arabia. Soedarmadji holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1996).

Ir. Martin Wijaya, S.T., Ph.D. is a lecturer at Parahyangan Catholic Univeristy and also Professional Geotechnical Engineering Consultant. After obtaining Ph.D. degeee from NTU in Singapore, he worked in Kiso Jiban Consultant which is specialized in Soil Investigation as Senior Geotechnical Engineer. He continued his post doctoral research in NTU and working on both instrumentation and numerical simulation. He is now the President director in PT Hamdany Wijaya Consultant which is specialized in geotechnical design work and also taking role as President Director in PT Maratama Solabo Lestari which specialized in soil investigation since 2024.

Ir. Abdul Halim Hamdany, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., is currently active both as lecturer at University of Indonesia and professional consultant in Geotechnical Engineering. He has more than ten (15) years of experience in the field of infrastructure, including in consultancies, constructions, and policies making. He has extensive experiences role in the private sectors and government institutions. He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He continued his studies at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore where he obtained a Master degree and PhD degree.

Rochman, as an Operational Director at PT Maratama Solabo Lestari (MSL), brings over 4 years of expertise in designing industrial and coal handling facilities projects. With a diverse range of engineering experience, he excels in feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs, hydrological analysis, drainage systems, haul roads, and the preparation of design reports and tender documents. Prior to joining MSL, Rochman served as a Project Manager at Golder Associates. His profound knowledge and skills contribute significantly to the success of MSL's engineering endeavors.

Muhammad Fikri Arrazi, a graduate in Financial Management from UPN Veteran Jakarta (2021), is a Finance professional with extensive experience. He joined PT Maratama Solabo Lestari as a Finance Manager in June 2022 and was later appointed as the Director of Finance & Administration in January 2023. Prior to that, Fikri held positions as the Branch Administration Manager at PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Indonesia. With a strong educational background and remarkable achievements, Fikri brings valuable analytical, leadership, and financial skills to PT Maratama Solabo Lestari.
